Nikon-Andor Spinning Disk

Motorized, inverted Nikon Ti-E microscope with Perfect Focus System equipped with Yokogawa CSU-X1 spinning disk and Andor Laser launcher with 405, 491, 514, and 561 nm laser lines. The system is equipped with 20x NA 0.5, 40x NA 0.75, 60x NA 1.4 oil and 100 NA 1.4 oil objectives.  Each pinhole has a diameter of 50µm, being optimal for objective lenses with 60x and 100x magnifications.
This system has a very flexible electron-multiplied CCD camera (Andor iXon EMCCD DU-885, 1004x1002 pixels, 8x8 µm).

For enabling live cell experiments this system is equipped with an Okolab microscope stage incubator allowing to work at 37°C in 5% CO2 atmosphere.  This microscope was acquired in 2010 as a component of DaMBIC.
